Sam Hall, Zahra Barri and Neil M Thorne

Medway-based writers Sam Hall, Zahra Barri and Neil M Thorne will take you on a spooky journey this All Hallows Eve.

Warning - there will be bad language and man-eating cats! 16+ advised.

Sam Hall is a playwright and an author-illustrator who makes graphic novels and comics for adult readers that address the big questions in an accessible way (whether that's through auto-bio-fiction, or a comic about Greek gods stranded in Medway in 2025). As a former journalist, her work often falls into the category of speculative journalism – based on real events but not always in the order that things occurred.

Zahra Barri is a Saudi Arabian raised, Egyptian/Irish writer, stand-up comedian and PhD researcher. She has featured on Channel 4's 'Only Jokes a Muslim Can Tell', BBC Radio, BBC Asian Network and BBC Period Dramas. Her first unpublished novel won Runner Up for the Comedy Women in Print…
