We were excited to host our Friends and Family Preview of our exhibition celebrating 3 years of Medway River Lit on Saturday 2 October at Chatham Dockyard.
It was lovely to look back on all the great photos, some by our professional photographers Nikki Price and Michi Masumi, and some by the MRL team, and look forward to the festival which starts on 30 October. Thanks to Councillor Nina Gurung who visited and gave some lovely feedback about the exhibition.
The exhibition is on at Chatham Dockyard in The Namur Room (next to the cafe, and free to enter), until 16 October. Why not come along, and join in with the trend that Lizzy has started of being photographed with your photograph! Tag us on social media if you spot yourself!
And if you're a writer, why not join festival organisers Sam and Barry for a free poetry workshop on Saturday 10 October - free, but please book here: Writing Workshop accompanying 'Photos from the archives' at Chatham Historic Dockyard | Medwayriverlit
